3. I am experiencing problems when following the GPI. What should I do now?
The GPIs can be followed in the most used modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge). Since 01-01-2020 we no longer offer support on the Internet
Explorer 11 browser, because everything may not work properly.
NOTE: Make sure your mobile has the latest software update (Android or iOS). Otherwise this can also cause it to not work properly. If it does not work properly on your mobile device, we advise you to use a PC or laptop.
