Something isn't working

In the menu below you will find frequently asked questions and answers on the purchase of login code(s) and the operation of the GPI. If your question is not listed, please contact us.

Click on the link in the invitation e-mail.

Does this take you to an account form? Modify/enter your details as needed. Think up your own password and then click on ‘Create an account’. Then log in with your e-mail address and the password you have just chosen.

After clicking on the invitation link, do you get to the page where you can choose between logging in and creating an account? Then select log in. Do you not know your password? Then click on ‘forgotten password’ and enter the e-mail address at which you received the invitation e-mail. Or request a single-use link to log in straight away. Next follow the instructions in the e-mail you receive.

My overview
Once you are logged in as a candidate, you will automatically be taken to the 'My overview' page. Here you start the GPI by clicking on the orange 'Start GPI' button.

Do you not see the orange ‘Start GPI’ button?
- Possibly you are logged in to a different e-mail address from the one your employer used to invite you. Ask your employer what e-mail address they have for you in the company account. You must log in with exactly this e-mail address.
- If 'expired' is shown next to the GPI, this means that more than 30 days passed before you clicked on the link in the invitation e-mail. The invitation has expired in the meantime and your employer has received the log-in code back again. Ask your employer to invite you again.

First check if you have active login codes. Go to 'Other' and 'Login codes'. Does it say ‘Number of GPI login codes’ 0? Buy one or more login codes by clicking on the button 'Go to the web shop' and follow the steps here. Login codes that you pay for directly via credit card or iDeal are usually credited within 5 minutes. Login codes ordered on account can take up to 48 hours (on working days) to be credited.

Are you unable to buy login codes because company data is missing? 1. Log in and select the company profile by clicking on 'Company'. 2. At the top you will see the heading 'Other'. Click on it and then on ‘Company data’. 3. Here you can add information. Also check whether 'country' and 'invoice country' have been completed. 4. Click save and check that there are no highlighted red fields. Are there highlighted red fields? Fill these in and click save again. 5. Go to 'Other' and then to 'Login codes'. 6. Click on 'Go to the web shop'. After this you can buy login codes and you will not receive this message again.
