We need your personal details for registrations, entries, invoices and certifications. In our privacy statement we set out how we (as data controller) safeguard your privacy.
The platform is GDPR-compliant. Your personal data will be stored at a certified data center within the Netherlands according to ISO 20000, ISO 27001 and NEN7510. Monthly updates will be done to the platform in order to prevent and to solve possible security problems. Third-party tests are also performed to determine whether the platform is still safe and compliant with laws and regulations.
We only request information that we need for registration in the register GPI and (if applicable) in regard of invoicing. You are responsible for the correctness of your data. A year after your registration has expired and your account is inactive, your data will be deleted. Payment details are kept longer, because this is legally required. Yes, you can submit a request for this via our contact form https://gpi.explainsafe.nl/contact. To prevent misuse, we may ask you to identify yourself. You will receive a response within 4 weeks. To report a possible data breach, you can send an e-mail to our Data Protection Officer via data@explain.nl.
