In the menu below you will find frequently asked questions and answers on the purchase of GPI credit(s) and the operation of the GPI. If your question is not listed, please contact us.
Are you an employee at a company? Then you will receive a GPI credit from your employer (via an invitation link in an e-mail) and you only have to fill in your details and create a password). Do you provide a GPI credit yourself, because you are self-employed for example? Then click on Home (The GPI logo) and click on ‘Arrange the GPI’ to complete your registration through the step-by-step plan. Not completed the step-by-step plan yet? Then it is mentioned (at the top of the page) that you have to continue to finish the steps.
To log in, click on ‘Log in’ |Register’ . You can only log in if you have already created an account. Enter your email address and password. You have chosen this password when creating the account.
Go to ‘Log in | Create account’ or click on ‘Arrange the GPI’ on the homepage. Under ‘Type of user’ choose ‘Company’ (default) and tick ‘I am a self-employed or business contact person who wants make a GPI.’
Go to the Login page and click on ‘Forgotten your password?’. Enter your email address and then click on ‘Reset your password’. You will receive an email containing a link. With this link you can set a new password.
It is important that the format of the postcode corresponds to the format of Dutch postcodes. This also applies to the spelling of the address. The system uses this as the basis for validation.
Have you received an invitation for the first time? Then all you have to do is click on the link in the email to create a password and complete your details. You can then take the GPI. You do not need to register separately.
We need your Chamber of Commerce number if you want to order GPI credits on account. This is possible from 12 GPI credits. Make sure the Chamber of Commerce number is entered correctly, otherwise your request will be rejected.
